The Herring Farm Tavern serves herring in many ways. Taste and enjoy: herring ? la Polonaise or ? la Russe, herring fillets in sweet-and-sour tomato sauce, the allspice and juniper matjes, matjes in white sauce with capers, egg and pickles, or the German herring… and many more.
We invite organised groups (preferably, please arrange in advance) as well as smaller parties and individual food lovers.
The tavern contains banquet hall for 20 guests. And if the weather is nice, why not enjoy a herring tasting in fresh air.
